Meeting my clients' expectations is not enough. I began providing real estate assistance to buyers and sellers over 20 years ago and realized right away that I wanted to provide the highest level of service possible. I feel that communication is most important and I invest myself to listen objectively, communicate clearly and anticipate concerns and quickly and successfully address issues so that I exceed my clients expectations. The fact that over 90% of my clients are either past customers or referrals is evidence that I live up and exceed to those expectations.

When I went into real estate I didn't want to be 'Just another Realtor' so I immediately began to work on additional designations by taking courses and exams and have earned my ABR, (Accredited Buyers Representative), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist, a prestigious designation awarded to only 4% of brokers nationally), GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), PMN (Performance Management Network through Women's Council of Realtors), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation expert), RSPS (Resort & Second Home Specialist), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist).
